This is not a freebies day. It is the first time the doors at Bay Road open to people who are not members, and you get the real thing.

Our sessions run forty five minutes. These run thirty. It is a taster, not a soft version. Proper coaching, your name used, your form corrected. Nothing watered down because you are new, and nothing dumbed down because there is a crowd.

Two rooms are running. The Reformer Room caps at six, the way it always has. The Mat Room caps at eight. That is not a marketing line, it is how many people fit and how many a trainer can actually coach.

Pick a wave. Bring the friend who keeps asking where you train. Stay for a chat when the last one finishes.

Reformer Room

Spring
Loaded.

30 min taster/6 spots/Grip socks on

Six reformers, thirty minutes, no filler. You load the springs and you hold the positions while a trainer watches every rep and says something about it.

Never touched a reformer before. Good. Nobody here gets left to guess.

Mat Room

Ground
work.

30 min taster/8 spots/Grip socks on

No springs. Nowhere to hide. Thirty minutes on the work that holds everything else up: control, breath, and the small muscles that decide how you move in twenty years.

It looks easy from the doorway. It is not. Eight on the floor, and a trainer who knows all eight names by the end.

Take a spot.

Fifteen dollars a ticket. Six on the reformers, eight on the mat. That is the whole morning, and it is first in best dressed.

More waves open as these fill. Follow @street.pilates and we will call it.

After the last wave

The floor stays open.

Last wave finishes and the good part starts. Stay, get the tour, ask the hard questions, and meet the people you will be training next to.

  • Drinks on usPlus something sweet. You have earned it.
  • Offers that only exist that morningNot on the website. Not coming back. Gone when the doors close.
  • Prizes to give awayBe on the floor when we hand them out.

How it works.

01

Grab a ticket

Pick your wave and lock it in. Fifteen dollars a ticket, and the spot is only yours once it is paid for.

02

Bring someone

Members, this is the one. Bring the friend who has been asking where you go every morning.

03

Grip socks on

Both rooms, reformer and mat. Wear whatever else you can move in. We do not lend spares, but we stock them at reception if you need a pair.

04

Do not be late

Ten minutes before your wave, 193 Bay Road, Sandringham. Miss the start and you cannot join. We hold this one hard. No exceptions.

Pick your
wave.

Two rooms, one morning, and spots counted in single figures. When they are gone they are gone.
